Customized 8-hour, national certification course:
o Offered virtual or in person
o Teaches risk factors and warning signs of mental health and substance use problems
o Information on depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, and substance use
o 5-step action plan to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or crisis
o Mental Health Champions Program: leadership training to develop awareness of how to support employee's emotional and mental health through work life challenges that may impact their work performance
o Technical Assistance: on implementation or analysis (due to under-utilization) of an employee assistance program
o Employee Resource Group Support: through guided discussion on emotional and mental health wellbeing.
